Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Efficiency Commission website and member portal (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
Membership and Access
Application Process: Membership in the Efficiency Commission requires an application that is subject to approval. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Member Types: The Platform supports different membership types including ChangeMakers (individual leaders), Partner Organizations, and Research Fellows. Each type has specific privileges and responsibilities.
Acceptable Use
When using our Platform, you agree to:

- →Respect other members and engage in constructive discourse
- →Not share content that is offensive, defamatory, or illegal
- →Not use the Platform for commercial solicitation without approval
- →Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
Intellectual Property
Our Content: All content on the Platform, including the GTE Framework, research publications, articles, videos, and branding materials, is owned by the Efficiency Commission and protected by intellectual property laws.
Member Content: When you share content on the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Commission community. You retain ownership of your original content.
Framework Usage: Members may use the GTE Framework materials for their own organizational purposes but may not commercialize or redistribute them without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
The Efficiency Commission provides the Platform and its content "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for membership, if any.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California.
